For those ready to commit to deep healing and sustained progress, the Momentum Intensive offers a month-long program with weekly therapy walks, accountability, and structured guidance. A non-medical approach with the support of a licensed therapist.

- 4 weekly walk-and-talk therapy sessions
- Guided movement + emotional processing techniques
- Check-ins and progress tracking
- Exclusive wellness content, including meditation and journaling prompts
- Support between sessions to keep you on track
Pace Yourself

Once you’ve completed either the Jumpstart or Momentum Program, you can continue at your own pace.
The Pace Yourself option allows you to schedule individual walk-and-talk sessions whenever you need them for continued support.
