I’m Brian Lahti, and I specialize in mental health, trauma, and families.

My passion for this work comes from my journey. Understanding firsthand what it’s like to navigate pain, family struggles, and the deep need for a support system that truly listens.

I believe in meeting you where you are, helping you untangle what’s holding you back, and giving you practical tools to create the life and relationships you want.

When I’m not working with clients, you can find me exploring Indy with my wife and our Golden Retriever, Max, enjoying game nights, trying new foods, or spending time outdoors. 

I believe that connection whether with people, nature, or even food, can be a powerful part of healing.
